 Gilly has fished the majority of the most stunning beats of the southern chalkstreams and has been fortunate enough to access some of the most glorious and historical fishing in the world.

 She continues to be the main guide for the Timsbury Syndicate and is employed by the premier fly fishing company Orvis on their own superb stretches of the river Test and Itchen.

 Winter Fishing

Grayling fishing is in full swing with some fabulous days to be had on the Test or Itchen.  October was the most wonderful month with some truly halcyon days and some terrific dry fly sport.  The bigger fish though are savvy and different techniques are necessary to coax these gentle fish to take your fly.
